1. Our Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, we will make it right — either with a full refund, replacement, or store credit, at your choice.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or defective product: If your product arrives damaged or appears to be defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no return required.
- Wrong item received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will ship the correct product immediately at no cost.
- Order not received: If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, we offer a free reshipment or full refund.
- Change of mind: Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Return shipping is at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products where the security seal has been broken.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email within the applicable timeframe.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Once the return is received (or the issue verified), your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Shipping Costs
- Our error: If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, wrong item, or lost package), we cover all shipping costs.
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at your expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Reshipments
If your order is lost in transit or seized (international orders), we offer one free reshipment. If the second shipment also fails to arrive, a full refund will be issued.
